The program gives a unique chance to consolidate the practical professional knowledge, skills and capabilities acquired during your university studies

The program’s goal is to form a highly qualified personnel reserve. The best graduates will get practical skills at the sites of mining and construction companies

For graduates in:
  • Blasting,

  • Open-cut mining operations,

  • Underground mining of bedded deposits,

  • Underground Mining of ore deposits,

  • Construction of underground mines and facilities,

  • Physical processes of mining.

Eligibility:
  • GPA (Grade Point Average)—min 4.0 by Russian rating,

  • Readiness to relocate,

  • Mining engineer diploma, obtained no earlier than two years before,

  • Knowledge of English is a plus.

Documents:
  • СV in Russian,

  • Recommendations by the experts in your major, a reference letter from your university professors or internship companies,

  • Copy of the diploma or a student record book to confirm the GPA.

Selection procedure:
  • Remote evaluation takes place in February. RF mining technical universities' students of the listed majors can apply.
  • Face-to-face interviews take place in March. After documents review, the company will send invitations for face-to-face interviews. We will announce the Graduate Program in the News.
